Becca Frasier

Director of Operations

Becca serves as the Director of Operations. Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, she graduated from Mississippi State University in 2013 with a degree in Elementary Education, receiving endorsements in Studio Art and History. Prior to Downline, Becca spent nine years in event planning, recruiting, and curriculum development for Chi Omega's Executive Headquarters in Memphis, during which she fell in love with Downline as a 2017 Institute graduate. With a heart for teaching and mentoring, she enjoys serving Women's Ministry at Harvest Church and in various other capacities. When not serving in ministry, you can find her coordinating weddings, baking, and cheering on her MSU Bulldogs in any sport. She and her husband, Drew, a Downline alumnus, met at Harvest Church and have been married since 2018. They have two precious boys: Caleb (4) and Peter (1).
