Bethany Scoggins

Director of Finance

Bethany joined the Downline staff as Director of Finance in 2018. After graduating from The University of Georgia with a degree in Finance in 2002, Bethany went overseas with CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ) to East Asia and spent a year building relationships with college women and sharing the Gospel with them. She then jumped into the business world and worked in Financial Planning for 3 years in Columbus, Georgia, was the Financial Director for Sav-A-Life Pregnancy Test Center for 2 years in Macon, Georgia, and then moved back to her hometown of Memphis with her husband, Joel. While raising 3 girls, she has been working part time from home for the past 10 years. At Downline, Bethany works with our Accounting Firm, DIME, to make sure every penny of donations is put to good use to further the Kingdom.

Graham's passion for discipleship and pastoral ministry led him to serve as a pastor at Harvest Church, overseeing their discipleship ministries. Now, as the Executive Director at Downline Ministries, he brings his wealth of experience, theological training, and deep love for empowering believers to make discipleship a lifestyle for a lifetime. 

Outside of Downline, Graham prizes his role as a husband to Mallory and a father to their four energetic sons: Owen (7), Louis (5), Jack (3), and Graham (1).
