Courtney Doctor (MDiv, Covenant Theological Seminary) serves as Director of Women's Initiatives for The Gospel Coalition, where she oversees the development and implementation of resources designed to equip women to study and teach God's Word faithfully. With a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary, Courtney brings theological depth and pastoral wisdom to her ministry.

Courtney is a gifted Bible teacher who has ministered to women across the country through her clear and accessible teaching style. She is the author of From Garden to Glory: A Bible Study on the Bible's Story, as well as several other Bible studies including Titus: Displaying the Gospel of Grace, In View of God's Mercies: A Study of Romans 12-16, and Behold and Believe: A Study of the Gospel of John.

Through her writing, speaking, and leadership at The Gospel Coalition, Courtney is passionate about encouraging women to know God through His Word and to grow in their ability to teach others. Her ministry reflects a commitment to sound doctrine, careful biblical interpretation, and the conviction that God's Word transforms lives.

Courtney and her husband, Craig, have four children and five beautiful grandchildren.
