Lauren Kuykendall

Director of Digital Media

Lauren serves as Downline’s Digital Media Director. She grew up in a small town in Kansas, and later moved to Manhattan, Kansas, to study at Kansas State University. During her time at K-State, she became involved with Student Mobilization, a campus ministry where she developed a deep passion for mentoring and discipling women. After graduating in 2016, Lauren moved to Memphis to take part in Downline’s Emerging Leaders program. That year proved to be deeply formative, strengthening her love for discipleship, equipping her with tools for biblical mentorship, and cultivating in her a greater desire to study and teach the Bible in its historical and cultural context. Three years later, Lauren joined the Downline team, where she has now served for seven years. In her role, she uses her creativity and gifts in digital media to help others see and experience the beauty, truth, and boundless creativity of God. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys vintage shopping, refurbishing furniture, gardening, hanging with friends, running, and traveling to new places.
