Pepper was born and raised in Southern California and he trusted Christ while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from San Diego Christian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He later graduated from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. He then served for two years, proclaiming the good news in northern Albania. Later Pepper moved to Costa Rica and spent a year learning Spanish. After that he moved to Honduras to serve on a church planting team for seven years where he met his much better half Gabriela. Pepper has been working with Downline for more than 16 years. He leads disciple making conferences in various places around the world, for the purpose of initiating movements that will multiply to the ends of the earth, until the end if time. Pepper has had the opportunity to travel to all 50 states, and more than 65 countries and counting. He enjoys proclaiming the good news, getting into interesting conversations with people, and exploring the globe.
